New York City HIV/AIDS Housing Resource Database - Submit Agency Information

Welcome to the Bailey House New York City HIV/AIDS Housing database. This section of the database is for agencies/organizations that want to submit their agency's information for inclusion in the database. Once you submit the information, it will be reviewed and verified by Bailey House. In order to control for appropriate agency listings, Bailey House retains the right to determine which agencies are listed in database. Bailey House also retains the right to edit submitted information for syntax, grammar and brevity. For your agency to be considered for the New York City HIV/AIDS Housing database, it must provide (1) supportive housing in New York City (location in one of the five boroughs) for people living with HIV/AIDS and/or (2) HIV/AIDS housing support services to people looking for housing in New York City. It is not necessary that the agency provide housing to only people with HIV/AIDS, but agencies providing housing must offer support services or referrals to such services for this population. When providing information about the agency, you have to provide all of the information at one time. Complete the questionnaire in the order that the pages are viewed. After you fill out each page, hit the "next" bottom at the end of the page and be sure to hit the "submit" button when you are finished providing all the agency information. If you do not hit the "submit" button the information will not be saved.
